Mentorship for the Win

Do you know you're being watched at work? Of course you are. We are social creatures and take our cues from the people around us. We are modeling behavior and in turn, mentoring others for good or ill. Today we are joined by Judah Brown, a senior Political Science and Philosophy major at the University of Tennessee at Martin. Judah talks to us about the excellent mentor he works for, the frustration of working in organizations that lack a clear plan, the importance of company values for Gen Z, and the value of accountability in the workplace.
