What does psychological safety within workplaces look like in action?
This week on Conflict Managed we are joined by Hanna Grace Garner, a law student at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. Join us as Hanna Grace recounts an experience where leaders diligently cultivated an environment of psychological safety. Listen as she recalls the cascading benefits that ensued from this approach, shedding light on the profound impacts of leadership founded upon trust and reliability.
Hanna Grace Garner graduated from Harding University this past spring with a master’s degree in Business Administration and an undergraduate degree in International Business. While at Harding, she worked at the Waldron Center for Entrepreneurship and Family Business and was active in a campus social club, running club, and her local church.
This fall, Hanna Grace is starting law school at the University of Tennessee College of Law. Her hobbies include reading, running, traveling, and taking care of her little indoor garden.
