Elizabeth Pritchett is a former accountant turned marketing enthusiast. After spending fifteen years in accounting, Elizabeth co-started a technology business in 2012 and during that time marketing found her. Throughout the years that followed, social media continued to find Elizabeth time and time again. Over the last decade, Elizabeth has managed social media for over twenty small businesses as well as taught numerous marketing courses online and in person at UT Martin REED Centers well as several Chambers of Commerce throughout west Tennessee.
Elizabeth is the owner of Eliz Pritchett and provides social media management, consulting, online courses, and group presentations for entrepreneurs and small businesses. One of Elizabeth’s biggest social media successes was leading the social media efforts for the TN Soybean Festival for about five years. During her tenure, the festival received a Gold Kaleidoscope Award from the Southeast Festival & Event Association for Best Social Media Marketing. Elizabeth has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting as well as a MBA from UTM.

Brian Bloch has over 20 years of experience as an ombudsperson. He started his career by creating ISKCONResolve, a faith-based conflict resolution program. He developed the Ombuds program at the U.S. Department of the Interior working primarily with Native Americans. He now runs the ombuds program at the Global Green Growth Institute, the World Central Kitchen, ISKCONResolve, and is co-Ombuds at Ashoka and NASA (overseeing the program run by collateral duty ombuds).
Brian spent years on a project of the Supreme Court of India introducing mediation into the court system. He has trained over 400 mediators and 50 ombuds. He has served on the board of the International Ombuds Association (IOA), and as an associate editor of IOA’s academic journal. He is an IOA Certified Organizational Ombuds and presently serves on the committee that certifies ombuds. In addition to his ombuds work, he is a court-appointed mediator, facilitator, organizational development practitioner, certified coach and trainer.

Dr. Hector Escalante immigrated from Baja California, Mexico to America with his parents and sister when he was 2 years old. He grew up in Oxnard, California and then moved to Central California when he was 15. After graduating from high school, Hector enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and served 6 years in the reserves as a radio operator. Hector began a career in the cable tv industry and decided to go to college in his early 30s. He enjoyed higher education so much that he went on to earn a Master of Fine Arts, a Master of Education and a doctorate in education. Upon completing his academic pursuits, Hector served as faculty, dean of students and a director of academic affairs. He was the inaugural ombuds for the University of the Pacific and continues to offer ombuds services to small non-profit organizations. Hector specializes in conflict resolution, healthy communication, and learning and development that promotes inclusion, healthy communication, and conflict resolution. Hector’s passions include treating all with fairness, equity, dignity, and compassion. He loves eating good food, the outdoors and spending time with friends and family.
